How do I get started?
Once you add the course to cart and check out, you’ll receive an email with your login details (you can login on your computer, phone or tablet).
The course is self-paced and broken down into bitesize modules, featuring accompanying audio and video content. Each module finishes with a selection of exercises to help you internalise and embrace what you’ve just learned. We recommend you have a notebook and pen to hand, so that you can complete each exercise and journal prompts as you go. This is a great resource to take with you on your travels and to look back on.
We estimate the course contains 5+ hours of learning and we advise you set aside time to work through it over a couple of weeks.
The course can be used before, during and after your travels.
